Dhokla Cake
Who doesn’t like Dhokla ? Everyone I know loves them. What if I told you, I have created a Cake from Dhokla and Chutneys. Happiness Doubles. So here it is. There is a step by step process of Dhokla Cake Recipe which is super delicious, easy and super comforting.

Make one plate of Dhokla (make sure your Dhokla plate is tall enough) and cool it in room temperature and cut it into equal three layers with a long sharp knife.
Take a base or a serving plate and put a layer of Dhokla on it and moisture it equally with Tangy Tadka using spoon.
Now fill a piping bag with Green Chutney and evenly spread on this first layer of Dhokla.
Sprinkle some Fresh Grated Coconut over it.
Fresh Grated Coconut gives crunchiness to this Dhokla Cake Recipe.
Again, put a layer of Dhokla on it and moisture this second layer with Tangy Tadka.
Fill another piping bag with Killer Red Chutney and spread it evenly on the second layer of Dhokla Cake.
Again Sprinkle some Fresh Grated Coconut on it.
Now place a final layer of Dhokla on it and again moisture it with Tangy Tadka.
Now Put dots of Killer Red Chutney and Green Chutney on the Top layer of Dhokla Cake and with the help of spoon give some strokes.
Make a big circle of Killer Red Chutney in center and with some fresh grated coconut make a small rounf in it.
Put curry leaves in the sides of this circle.
And our Spicy, Hot and Tangy Dhokla Cake is ready to serve.
