This delicious Mango baked Yogurt (Bengali Bhapa Aam Doi) recipe only calls for 4 ingredients and literally takes 15 minutes to preparation. This Dessert topped off with Fresh mango puree and is the perfect any after-meal dessert or daytime treat.

Ingredients:
 200 g Yogurt
 200 g Heavy Cream
 200 g Sweet Condensed milk
 1 cup Mango Puree
 Few Fresh Cherries and Mint leaves for Garnishing
Instructions:

Take a large mixing bowl and add yogurt.

Now start whisking the yogurt with a whisk gently.

Then add condensed milk and again whisk well.

Finally add cream into it and mix all the ingredients together using a whisk.

Take oven proof vessels or ramekins and pour yogurt mixture in them carefully, leaving ½ inch space on the top of the vessel or ramekins.

Now arrange the ramekins in a large baking tray. Fill the half of the tray with steaming hot water in such a way that bottom of yogurt filled vessels are dipped in water.

Now bake the yogurt in preheated 120 C oven for 15-20 minutes or until yogurt is set.

For confirmation use a toothpick and insert in the middle of the vessel, if thin liquid sticks to the toothpick bake for another 5 mins. Even the middle is little wobbly it will be set once cooled completely.

Once it is baked, remove yogurt from oven and bring to room temperature and later refrigerate for 1 hour at least.

Once cooled completely dress this baked yogurt with mango puree.

Garnish with some fresh cherries and mint leaves.
(This is totally optional you can garnish them with any fruit of your choice or you can use dry fruits also.)
