White Pizza Sauce
Today I am sharing white Pizza sauce recipe which comes together in just 5 minutes and is our most favorite over homemade Pizza Crust or with Macroni! It is rich, creamy and full of cheese that you wish to have in your Pizza or Pasta.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and then add in the flour, stirring until thick and pasty (do not let it brown). You'll end up with a pasty white clump, essentially.
Now slowly add milk, whisking it all together and stirring constantly to avoid lumps. whisking constantly until smooth, thickened, and bubbly.
Add in the finely grated garlic, salt, and allow sauce to simmer for few seconds.
Stir in the freshly grated parmesan cheese until the cheese has melted and is well incorporated.
Remove from heat and continue whisking just until cheese is melted and white pizza sauce is smooth then set aside to cool before using for pizza or pasta.
Do not boil after adding cheese otherwise white pizza sauce may curdle. Once cooled, cover and refrigerate up to 5 days.
