In a large mixing bowl, add maida/all purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix everything well and slowly add curd and stir to combine.
Knead it until it becomes smooth and not sticky. Adding a little oil to achieve the perfect consistency. Cover and set this aside for 5 minutes.
While your dough is resting, make your favorite toppings.
Heat oil in a pan or nonstick tawa, add sliced onion, capsicum, tomato, chilli flakes, oregano and salt to taste and toss them for few seconds.

Dust the rolling board lightly and place the pizza dough and roll it slightly thicker than a roti.
Now heat a flat pan and place the rolled pizza on it and cook one side of it properly on a low flame.
Turn it on to the other side, cooking it in low flame and start by spreading a spoon full of Homemade Pizza Sauce all around the pizza and spread half of the tossed vegetables on it and grate the mozzarella cheese evenly.
Now Spread the remaining tossed vegetables on it
Cover it and cook for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from Tawa or pan and slice it and serve.
