Ingredients:
3 tbsp Maida / all purpose flour
 3 tbsp Brown sugar
 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
 3 tbsp Milk
 3 tbsp Chopped chocolate
 2 tbsp Melted Butter
Instructions:
1

Line a microwave safe small square bowl with parchment paper and keep aside.

2

In a bowl add in the dry ingredients- Maida, cocoa powder, brown sugar, melting butter and milk.

3

Give this a good mix using a whisk or a fork.

4

Then add in the Chopped chocolate.

5

Mix again to bring the batter together.

6

Transfer this batter into prepared square bowl.

7

Top the brownie batter with chopped chocolate and put the bowl in the microwave for 1 minute.
(I tried to microwave it for 60 seconds first and discovered that the outside is perfectly cooked but the inside and the middle was still raw. Which is why I cooked it for an additional 10 seconds. Making the full cooking time to come at 70 seconds.)

8

Take it out of the microwave and cool for 2 minutes before unmoulding.

9

Serve with some vanilla ice cream on top and an additional drizzle of the melted chocolate.

10

Enjoy! (Best eaten warm)
