Homemade Pizza Sauce
Looking for a Quick and Easy homemade Pizza Sauce Recipe? This Homemade Pizza Sauce is bursting with fresh tomatoes, oregano and torn basil leaves. This is a favorite Homemade Pizza Sauce recipe of mine, and a handy one which is best complement for delicious Pizza or Pasta.

Heat a pan, add butter and oil, add the sugar, give it a stir and wait till it caramelizes.
Once the sugar melts and caramelized it gives a nice golden brown color. At this stage add crushed Garlic and saute for few seconds.
Now add Pulsed Tomatoes and cook on medium low flame for 10-15 minutes or untill it resembles a sauce. Wait for the raw taste of tomatoes to go.
Add salt and Oregano and mix properly.
Turn off the gas and finish with torn basil leaves.
When the sauce has cooled, you can use it right away as a pizza topping. Or else store the sauce in clean or sterilized glass jar in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
