Heat water in a pan and add jaggery to it.
Stir well so that it melts.
Once it melts completely turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add the bajra flour and roast till nutty and fragrant.
Add freshly grated ginger and stir well and roast for few seconds.
Last add almond flour and mix well.
Pour prepared hot jaggery water using a strainer to this and mix thoroughly making sure there are no lumps.
Stir continuously.
Once boiled add dry ginger powder and mix well.
Boil for another 1 minute and the bajra raab is now ready.
Serve it immediately.
