Mexican Amaranth Bites Recipe - Maxican Amaranth Bites are loaded with fresh Amaranth leaves and the best Bechef Mexican Sauce and delicious Bechef Pizza Pasta Sauce.

 2 tbsp Bechef Mexican Hot Sauce
 2 tbsp Bechef Pizza Pasta Sauce
 200 g Amaranth Fresh Leaves
 1 tsp Garlic chopped
 1 tsp Green chillis chopped
 4 Bread Slices
 1 tsp Olive Oil
 2 tbsp Olive Oil for shallow frying

Take Amaranth fresh leaves and wash properly and drain all water and dry on a napkin.

Heat a Skillet and add olive oil, heat it and add chopped garlic and chopped green chillis and cook for just few seconds.

Now add Fresh Amaranth leaves and mix all together and add little water in it and cover with a lid.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Now after 10 minutes amaranth leaves are cooked properly.

Add Bechef Mexican Hot Sauce in it and give it a mix.

Cook another few second and turn off the gas.
Remove in a bowl.

Take Bread slices, cut the edges and roll them with rolling pin and make them flat.

Now spread Bechef Pizza Pasta Sauce on the bread slice and put stuffing and roll it and seal them with water.

Prepare all in the same way.

Heat a skillet again and add olive oil and shallow fry them all till all the sides are crisp and golden brown.

Serve them with Any Bechef Sauce and enjoy.
